Sitting Hours

Most weeks, planned sitting hours are held Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:30am to 2:30pm in office 126 of Suite 100 at 1275 Glenlivet Drive, Allentown — but specific weeks vary, with extended hours and/or additional days near deadlines and occasional time out of office. The calendar below shows our current planned schedule, click on the listing to expand details for that day including end time.

On the day you plan to visit, please call (610) 871-0061 and select option 8 to verify our availability that day as hours and location are subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances.

If you have difficulty finding the address, we are located inside the Mill Run Office Center which is a 3-story brick office building on the northbound side of Route 100 in Fogelsville, across from the Weis Shopping Plaza.  When entering the building, go straight to the glass doors for Suite 100 and ask to see the Tax Collector in Room 126. If the desk is not attended, ring the bell on the counter.
